New Class Alert: HYROX is Coming to Freyr!

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new addition to our class lineup at Freyr – HYROX! 🎉

Starting March 17th, this class will help you build endurance, strength, and overall fitness through functional training with a competitive edge. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want a fun, high-intensity challenge, this class is designed to push your limits and elevate your performance.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional movements with endurance training. Think of it as the ultimate test of strength, stamina, and grit, featuring a mix of running, rowing, skiing, and functional exercises like burpees and more.

Our HYROX class will follow a structured format inspired by the official competition, helping you build the skills, pacing, and strategy needed to dominate any HYROX-style workout.

Class Schedule

📅 Mondays & Wednesdays – 6:30 PM


📅 Saturdays – 9:00 AM
