If you are new to training or CrossFit, we require you to attend at least one Kickstart session with one of our coaches.
In this session, we will run through an assessment of where you are and go through some of the fundamentals movements you’ll see in our classes, so you’re ready to hit the ground running!
A 1-1 session with one of our coaches, is the best way to build your confidence and set you up for success in your fitness journey at FREYR.
